Purpose of the job:
- Provide energy consulting services to our European customers as part of our overall Energy Management Solutions
Essential functions & responsibilities:
- Analyze customer energy processes and energy related equipments
- Support sales team during pre-sales stages
- Using our Energy Management Platform, deliver energy services to our customers: load curve analysis, alarms, invoices reconciliation, recommendations to address anomalies, periodic energy reporting, benchmarking, supply commodity contracts recommendations, best practices recommendations, breakthrough investment recommendation, Key Performance Indicators.
Measurements:
- Revenue of Energy Services
- Support bookings of new customers
- Account satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 5 years experience in Energy consulting business in Telco, Retail, Industrial, Utilities markets.
- Good communication skills.
- International business experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Plan and organizes well.
- Integrity.
- Fluent English and French desired.
