ELUTIONS was originally founded in 1992 by TECO Energy (Tampa Electric Company) and was formerly known as TeCom. In 2002, ELUTIONS became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Engage Networks, Inc.. In September of 2006 ELUTIONS acquired Wizcon Systems, with offices in Lyon, France the Netherlands and the UK, to extend its reach into European markets and advance its automated wireless, web-based monitoring and control solutions. In August of 2009, ELUTIONS acquired a portion of Lime Energy’s technology to broaden its portfolio of energy saving solutions.
