ELUTIONS offers enterprise real-time monitoring and tracking of valuable assets. ALERT® trailer tracking system facilitates fleet management with precise GPS location of the trailer and customized mapping reports. This solution improves asset management and monitoring with status information and notification alarms. ELUTIONS is an all-in-one box solution mounted on the trailer, and does not require any human handling or wiring to the hauling rig.

ALERT® Trailer Tracking System Overview

ALERT® Trailer Tracking System is a complete end-to-end solution designed for the Trucking Business. The complete deployment consists of the hardware installation, network activation and software access that are completely handled by ELUTIONS, from start to on-going support:

Hardware
- For each trailer, the hardware consists of an iR1600 GPS-enabled wireless modem with digital and analog reads, a battery rechargeable through the lighting circuit, a dual cellular/GPS antenna and an accelerometer
- Hardware is mounted in a weatherproof NEMA 4 enclosure
- Periodically reports information back to the hosted server (e.g. position, fuel level, temperature, door status etc.)
Network – Information is transmitted back and forth over the Sprint/Nextel cellular network with the ELUTIONS application server which:
- Monitors, alarms and presents the information in a browser-accessible form
- Makes appropriate decisions based on user requirements to perform actions including alarming, notification, and control actions
ALERT® software
- Secure web-based application
- Includes features of mapping, geo-fencing and dispatching, as well as management features of asset monitoring and control.
- Any authorized user can log in from an internet browser to manage rental assets, view locations, view alarms, monitor key parameters, and take control if needed.
