| The AEM® software provides hundreds of ELUTIONS customers and Energy Service Providers with Energy data collection, meter monitoring and energy control applications to help them automate the collection of meter data and reduce the costs of managing their energy data. |
ELUTIONS’ subscription based service offering is a simple, economical and secure way for customers to gain access to their sites’ energy consumption. AEM® collects data from a range of data sources, including existing revenue meters, MV-90 systems and ELUTIONS installed data loggers. Data retrieval is achieved through the Internet and the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). The data is collected into the AEM® database and then made available to the customer over the World Wide Web via the AEM® thin client software. With a secure username and password, a customer can access their energy data from anywhere in the world.

Price Responsive Load Module (PRLM) Software
The Price Responsive Load Module (PRLM) is a sub-system within the ELUTIONS Active Energy Management (AEM®) product, and is designed to automate and manage two specific energy curtailment programs provided by state’s Independent System Operators (ISO).
Installed Capacity Program (ICAP) – A program that
pays customers for maintaining installed power generation
or load reduction capacity that can be utilized to reduce
power consumption from the local utility system.
Emergency Demand Response Program (EDRP) – A program
that pays customers for actual power generated or load reduced
when high demand or other emergency situations arise.
Non-Technical Loss Detection
A fully integrated, internet based solution for non-technical utility loss, theft prevention and correction. The customized system that was developed to meet the project requirements consisted of the standard AEM® software platform augmented by the following features:
• Meter Configuration Management
• Electronic Meter Tamper Detection (remote and real-time)
• Electronic Meter Tamper Correction (remote, automated and real-time)
• Mechanical Meter Tamper Detection

DGEN®
DGen® provides real-time remote monitoring and control of on-site generation assets using a standard Web Browser. ELUTIONS provides DGen® through its ASP model for the operation of remote generation assets. Additionally, generator conditions can cause alarms to notify operators and maintenance personnel of fault conditions that need service. Control actions include setting up schedules, starting and stopping the generator, setting operational levels, etc.
eBill Analyst
eBill Analyst offers bill payment administration, utility cost tracking, and energy information services via the Internet. eBill™ Analyst provides an aggregated billing solution for companies with multiple locations and a total outsourcing solution for utility payables. It helps accelerate invoice processing, assuring prompt vendor payments. Other features and benefits of eBill includes:
• Processing of electric, gas, water, sewer, fuel oil, waste and telecom invoices
• Ability to benchmark consumption and cost data across facilities
• Duplicate payment protection and balance due research
