	The SAM provides an economical and convenient means to measure electric energy consumption. Its typical applications include sub-metering, shadow metering, sub-tenant billing, energy cost allocation
and basic power quality monitoring. The SAM Meter is a solid state metering device that measures active (real) and reactive energy for single or three-phase loads.
